The Thesis

Most traders lose because
they follow. We lead.

01 — Mission

Our job is simple: track where global capital flows in real time and turn that intelligence into precision trade ideas, asset picks, and high-probability setups. We don't chase price. We watch the people moving it.

That means liquidity, positioning, rate expectations, FPI ledgers, options OI, swap spreads, and the boring institutional plumbing that most retail dashboards never show you.

02 — Method

We combine three lenses — qualitative, quantitative, and technical — to cut through noise and isolate the signals that actually move markets. From economic data, to asset rotations, to institutional positioning: we track it, map it, and position ahead of the herd.

Price moves last. Money moves first. We trade the money.

03 — Why us

Hedge funds, asset managers, and market-makers have access to a tier of intelligence the average investor never sees. We don't think that's a moat — we think it's a market failure.

CapitalCode exists to democratize that edge — not by leaking secrets, but by doing the same work, in public, and handing the framework to anyone willing to learn it.

Our Philosophy

Four rules. Non-negotiable.

Everything we publish — every trade, every report, every framework — is downstream of these four ideas. If we ever drift from them, fire us.

  1. I.

    Follow capital, not price.

Charts lag reality. Institutional money leaves a trail in flows, OI, and positioning before it shows up on the candle. That trail is the entire job.

    Strategy
  2. II.

    Trade setups, not market noise.

If a thesis can't be written in three sentences with entry, stop, and target, it isn't a thesis — it's a feeling. Feelings don't get sized.

    Discipline
  3. III.

    Control risk before chasing reward.

Preservation of capital is the only foundation that compounds. We'd rather miss a multi-bagger than blow up a book. Position sizing > conviction.

    Risk
  4. IV.

Master your psychology — or the market masters you.

The hardest trade isn't the entry. It's holding the winner and cutting the loser. Frameworks beat impulses, every time.

How we got here

Year 1, ledgered.

From a shared notes app to 159 documented trades and a paying readership. The short version, dated.

Apr 2024

The notebook

Two founders, one shared Notion. Every trade we took — long, short, win, blowup — logged with entry, exit, and rationale. No audience yet. Just the discipline.

The weekly desk

The Monday Macro begins. 11 pages, three asset classes, every position timed and sized. First 40 readers join the closed list.

Mar 2025

The framework, taught

The Institutional Investing masterclass — risk, position sizing, capital-flow reading — codified into a course. What we wish we had on day one.

May 2026

Year 1, closed.

23.82% TWRR. ₹6.91L booked + floating. 159 documented trades. Three asset classes. Two losing months. One thesis: it works because it's written down.

You are here

The Desk

Two operators. No outside capital.

CapitalCode is run by two people. That's the entire firm. Every trade, every page of the report, every line of code on this site goes through one of them.
