Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all CapitalCode digital products and services.
01Digital Products
CapitalCode sells digital educational products, including research, newsletters, and recorded content.
Due to the digital nature of these products:
All sales are final once access is granted.
02No Refunds After Access
- —Once access is provided, no refunds will be issued
- —This includes dissatisfaction, partial usage, or change of mind
03Limited Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- —Duplicate payment
- —Verified technical failure preventing access
- —Service canceled by CapitalCode without rescheduling
All refunds are subject to the sole discretion of CapitalCode.
04Refund Processing
- —Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
- —Timeline: 7–10 business days
- —Bank or gateway delays are beyond our control
05Chargeback Abuse
Unauthorized chargebacks or false disputes may result in:
- —Permanent termination of access
- —Blacklisting from future Services
- —Reporting to payment gateways
